Go With the Flow

The summer is just around the corner. It is a crazy time. For most, it is a time to wind down and take some vacation. Also, it is a great time to go have some outdoor fun (in less clothes than you usually wear). Whether you surf, kayak, run, bike etc. , you probably strip down a bit and show off that body you spent a good deal of time constructing.

This sounds like you right??

I sincerely hope this is the case, if not. What are you waiting for? Get your body into shape and keep it there. It doesn't take much for some. For far too many, it takes a HUGE lifestyle change and a demanding diet (which shouldn't be that demanding).

To get to your fitness goals of being healthy and looking good naked, you will need to go with the flow that has already been set up. Noone is going to re-invent this wheel. The flow is simple and can be painful for seriously out of shape saps.

The Flow:
- Hit the gym and do more standing exercises than sitting.
- Eat more whole foods and limit grains and manufactured crap.
- Go outside and do something fun for cardio.
- Don't try to be an agile hero, spiderman. Take it easy and work at your level and do what is necessary.
- Drink water and restrict juices and sodas

Now get with the flow and get ready to strut around town with a carefree "I look good" attitude.
