Rise in Daily Activity

Finding it difficult to find time to put in a decent training session. I get it in where I can and I have been doing some daily activity to partially compensate for the lack of stability. Well, after going through another week of unstable training I find I need to focus on stabilizing and increasing my daily activity. So, once an hour doing some form of training. I won't get to strict as long as I am close to this range, I'm good. Also, no set exercise program. Simply setting a timer and when it goes off get moving. Keep the micro-session brief and manageable. So far so good!
